My name is Carly Shinn and I am a senior journalism and international studies major at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
I will travel with a group of UNL students from the College of Journalism and Mass Communications to New Delhi, India in July. We will report on news and social issues in the largest democracy in the world in collaboration with the International Media Institute of India.
This will be my first trip outside of the United States and I could not be more excited. Please follow me as I prepare, travel and reflect on my Indian experience.
